Equip Super has added SuperFriend programs into its employer and member services to contribute to its members' personal wellbeing at work and at home.
As a foundation established by Industry Super Funds, SuperFriend's mental health and wellbeing programs have been taken on board by Equip.
Now part of Equip's member privileges program it will drive the fund's conversation with members about taking care of their future, Geoff Brooks, Equip's executive officer of strategic marketing and communications, said.
"Self-confidence and a positive outlook encourage people to take charge of their future, including setting clear personal and financial goals and developing road maps for achieving them," he said.
"We can tap into SuperFriend's resources to talk more holistically to members about retirement, including the personal and psychological aspects of making it a success."
By working with industry super funds and group life insurers, SuperFriend influences policies and practices that foster mentally healthy and supportive work environments.
