Royal Bank of Canada’s RBC Investors and Treasury Services has been appointed by Pinnacle Investment Management as custodian and fund administrator for its new Irish domiciled Pinnacle ICAV UCITS fund.
RBC I&TS would provide custody, fund administration, treasury, collateral management and related UCITS fund services from its operations in Dublin.
Pinnacle director for distribution, Andrew Findlay said: “RBC’s support of our growth in Australia combined with their strong track record in servicing offshore managers in Ireland have been key drivers in our decision to select them”.
RBC I&TS managing director for Ireland, Padraig Kenny, said the firm was celebrating 20 years in Ireland.
“It also demonstrates Ireland’s attractiveness as an offshore financial centre for international fund managers. We look forward to extending our existing relationship with Pinnacle and supporting the growth of its new fund,” he said.
RBC I&TS has had a relationship with Pinnacle since 2013 and provides a full service offering to its managers in Australia.
