A retail superannuation fund, AMP Signature Super has been named the Super Review 2015 Super Fund of the year.
The award, sponsored by BNP Paribas and judged by the Heron Partnership, saw AMP SignatureSuper awarded ahead of a strong list of contenders including key industry funds.
The Heron Partnership assessment specified the fund's well-structured financial advice service, impressive technology, and quality administration.
The prestigious Super Review Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to specialist barrister and Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT) member, Noel Davis.
The award for Best Public Sector Fund went to First State Super, Best Industry Fund went to REST, the Best Insurer award went to AIA and AAS/Link was awarded Best Administrator.
The category of Best Commercial Fund went to AMP SignatureSuper, while the Best Pension Product award went to AustralianSuper Choice Income.
AustralianSuper was also named winner of the award for Best MySuper Option.
