In yet another bid to ensure financial advisers have access to a full range of information on superannuation funds, independent consultancy, The Heron Partnership, has launched an internet-based superannuation “comparator”.
The new service, dubbed: ‘Heron Advisor’ is being marketed as a “qualitative and quantitative tool” providing 150 points of comparison between funds.
According to the managing director of The Heron Partnership, Chris Butler, the points of comparison include fees, features, investment arrangements and performance as well as additional benefits such as home loans insurance and communications.
The company will make its comparator available in three models each aimed at different segments of the market – members, advisors and product issuers.
