MLC Life Insurance is looking to provide enabling technology to underpin its claims transformation program, and has partnered with ClaimVantage following a successful implementation phase.

MLC Life would process its retail Income Protection and Totally and Permanent Disability claims using the ClaimVintage new claim management cloud-based and automated solutions platform, ClaimFirst moving forwards.

Use of the platform would enable the life insurer to utilise a digital database to store all claims information and improve the speed of processing and build efficiency in making claim decisions.

The launch places MLC Life as the second Australian customer to launch the ClaimFirst solution.
