The FSC Life Insurance Awards, now in their second year, are presented to individuals and organisations in recognition of outstanding achievement in the life insurance industry.

The six awards - three for individuals and three for organisations - were judged by a panel of three independent industry experts, with BT Financial Group’s head of life insurance Phil Hay presenting the awards to this year’s winners.

Megan Beer, an insurance director from AMP, won the Industry Pioneer Award; and BT Financial Group’s national manager for underwriting, new business and claims Tracey Crowe won the Leadership Award.

Rajasree Variyar, Direct Life Insurance product manager from ANZ Wealth was recognised with the Young Achiever Award.
