Alex Hutchison announced as EISS CEO

The board of Energy Industries Superannuation Scheme (EISS) has appointed Alex Hutchison as chief executive, effective immediately.

Hutchison has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with his most recent role at Clearview Wealth where he was chief executive for wealth management and advice.

He left Clearview in June 2011, and after that he revisited his background in law with a directing role at Mutual Legal and another position as a special counsel at Argyle Lawyers.

Hutchison also has an ongoing non-executive director role at SGE Credit Union.

EISS chairman Mick Doust said the board looked forward to "working with [Hutchison] to benefit all EISS members and shareholders.
