BNP Paribas Securities Services has appointed Madhu Gayer to head of investment reporting and performance, Asia-Pacific.
The newly created position, based in Singapore, sees Gayer responsible for business development and performance reporting and risk analytics solutions for institutional clients.
He leads a team of more than 20 specialists, reporting to Mostapha Tahiri, head of asset and fund services, Asia-Pacific and Nicholas le Clech, global head of investment reporting and performance.
Gayer has over 15 years experience servicing institutional clients across Asia-Pacific in front and middle office banking positions and leading teams in portfolio and investment risk, and in analytical services.
Previously of Northern Trust, Gayer was senior vice president and regional head of investment risk and analytic services for Asia-Pacific.
Eric Aubin will step up from his position as global head of wealth planning solutions to head international and other Asian markets from January 2013.
Aubin has been with BNP Paribas for over two decades, holding senior positions in Asia and Paris including chief executive of BNP Paribas Wealth Management, Hong Kong; head of development for Asia; and head of private equity advisory.
