Eaton Vance Management International has appointed Louise Bradshaw as its marketing and business development manager.

Bradshaw will represent the firm and its strategic partners — Parametric and Hexavest — and be responsible for the development and growth of their respective client bases in Australia and New Zealand.

She will report to the newly appointed country head for Australia and New Zealand, Nicholas Allen.

"With nearly 20 years experience in the institutional asset management industry, Louise is well placed to help drive the continued growth and success of Eaton Vance in Australia," Allen said.

Bradshaw previously worked for T. Rowe Price Global Investment Services as head of client and consultant relations for Australia and New Zealand. She was also institutional director within the account management and sales team at First State Investments in the UK.

Eaton Vance is headquartered in Boston and has been building its Australian presence for a number of years, currently managing some $5 billion on behalf of locally based clients.
