Industry Funds Management (IFM) has expanded its debt investment team with the addition of a new investment director and analyst.
Former AMP Capital commercial lending chief manager Linda Cunningham will take on the role of investment director based in Melbourne and will be responsible for key credit portfolios, product strategies and management of debt funds. Hannah Lindberg will join investment director David Cooper and associate Hiran Wanigasekera as an investment analyst based in London. She will undertake credit research and deal analysis in support of IFM’s infrastructure debt capability in London.
IFM global head of debt investments Robin Mille said the appointments would strengthen IFM’s debt investment resources and broaden its global reach, with the group already operating offices in Sydney, Melbourne, London and New York.
IFM stated that its debt investments team was a niche credit and cash manager, with expertise in infrastructure debt. It had funds under management in debt investments of $15 billion at the end of April.
