Kinetic Super has appointed Amanda Ralph to its newly created head of product in the customer experience team position.
Ralph will lead the expansion of the company's value proposition to meet the changing needs of members.
Executive officer for customer experience, Chris Green said Ralph's team will look at the current super landscape and find new ways of engaging with members to make super more relevant, particularly to the younger demographic.
"We're leveraging new approaches and ways of thinking to help us identify the big opportunities to solve member problems better," Green said.
"We're adopting lean start up methodology in our new innovation lab to test and develop ideas quickly and efficiently — we're finding out how to fail fast and become an organisation focused on rapid learning."
Most recently, Ralph was at Medibank where she spearheaded the direction and execution of their value proposition and product and pricing strategy across retail, corporate, and overseas product portfolios.
