State Super has appointed financial services veteran with over thirty years in the industry, Carol Austin, to the trustee board of SAS Trustee Corporation.
Currently, Austin is non-executive director of HSBC Bank Australia and Grattan Institute, as well as chairman of the ACT Investment Advisory Board and member of the Investment, Audit and Risk Committee of the General Sir John Monash Foundation.

State Super chairperson, Nicholas Johnson, said Austin’s vast experience in the industry, particularly her current and past directorships, strongly aligned with what State Super would like to achieve for their members and would provide the trustees with valuable insights.
