UniSuper to roll out video statements to more members
UniSuper is looking to roll out statement video summaries and retirement income projections to more of its members after the success of its pilot videos.
The video provides key information from the front page of the benefit statement, including opening balance, money in and out, and closing balance for that period.
The retirement income projections show members their projected annual retirement income for the duration of an average retirement.
UniSuper's executive manager for marketing and product, Tim Anderson, said the projections give members a clearer understanding of whether they are on track for a comfortable retirement or not.
"The dynamic and visually appealing videos give a quick snapshot of each member's account activity over the past six months, as well as showing them a graph of how their super balance has changed over the past two years," he said.
