Corporate super fund administrator and NAB Wealth offshoot Plum Financial Services will bring across senior NAB Wealth executive Lara Bourguignon as managing director, effective 3 December.
Bourguignon has worked closely with the corporate super business through her position as head of investment control for NAB Wealth, and is currently working in a senior strategy role.
Her career has spanned stints with Lend Lease, Merrill Lynch, MLC and the wider National Australia Bank group.
Bourguignon said there was a huge opportunity to deepen the businesses relationship with members.
"Our strong focus on member services means Plum's members are among the most engaged in the industry. I'm looking forward to working with the team to expand our capabilities and take advantage of the opportunity that abounds," Bourguignon said.
