Club Super appoints CommInsure as insurance partner

CommInsure has been appointed as Club Super's insurance partner for death and total and permanent disability (TPD).

Club Super is an industry super fund for employees in the sporting and recreational clubs and associated industries.

"We are impressed by CommInsure's strong commitment to service and its focus on product tailoring, claims management and trustee reporting," Club Super's chairperson, Barry Meiklejohn, said.

Commenting on the partnership, CommInsure's head of industry funds, Robert Nunez said their aim was to bring long-term value to members through outstanding service, product development, and market leading technology.

MLC was Club Super's group life insurer until the super fund tendered its death and TPD insurance.
