AMP Capital has expanded its global listed infrastructure team to 10 people across its Sydney, Chicago, London and Hong Kong offices with the appointments of two senior analysts and one analyst.
Senior analysts Sarah Shaw and Tim Humphreys and analyst Jonathan Reyes all join AMP from RARE Infrastructure, and are added to the team led by global portfolio manager Craig Noble.
Shaw has more than 19 years experience having spent four years with RARE as emerging markets portfolio manager and senior investment analyst. She will focus on emerging markets infrastructure securities.
Humphreys has 14 years experience with Rothschild Asset Management, Insight Investment and RARE, where he worked most recently as senior equity analyst. He will be responsible for coverage of European companies.
Reyes has eight years experience with Bear Sterns in New York and RARE, where he worked most recently as an investment analyst covering Australia and emerging markets infrastructure securities. He will support the team in researching Asia Pacific and emerging markets securities.
AMP Capital Investors managing director Stephen Dunne said the new appointments coincide with the launch of the AMP Capital Global Infrastructure Securities Fund, and the regional expertise of the new analysts complemented the manager’s existing listed infrastructure coverage.
