Cuscal’s ClickSuper has been contracted by Talent2, a human resources outsourcing and managed services provider, to process super contributions and employee deductions for 500 of Talent2’s employer client organisations throughout the Asia Pacific.
Talent2 chose to incorporate ClickSuper into its small and medium enterprise service to streamline and improve its processes, the firm stated.
Greg McManus, the chief executive of Talent2/National Payroll Systems, said ClickSuper reduces reconciliation time through superior data quality and standardisation, and offers greater flexibility in how clients can be paid.
The three main advantages of ClickSuper are the standardised data fields for entering employee information, the high quality of the back-end data about super funds, and flexibility of the payment mechanism, McManus said.
This means there is less validation and data cleansing required, and the firm can offer clients more choice for when they realise their funds, he added.
The Super Members Council has outlined a bold reform plan to boost productivity, lift retirement savings, and unlock super’s full potential.

The two funds have announced the signing of a non-binding MOU to explore a potential merger.
