Equity Trustees has successfully completed the first stage of its systems upgrade in partnership with software provider Bravura Solutions, with the introduction the Talisman system.
The Talisman application will assist in administering wrap platforms, master trusts, retail/wholesale unit trusts and retirement products, such as superannuation plans, pensions, annuities and provident funds.
Equity Trustees managing director Peter Williams said the new system offers the organisation a further avenue to capitalise upon.
“The upgraded system is allowing us to work more efficiently and with considerable improvements across a wide range of services. This will allow us to increase service performance to our client base,” he said.
Equity Trustees head of information technology Karen Symes said Talisman demonstrated richer features than the previous system and has been effectively assisting their teams to work at a more advanced level.
Over the next 12 months the company will be integrating the Sonata system, which is an enterprise-wide wealth management platform and a further upgrade to the Garradin system, an application that covers asset management, unit registry and taxation.
