MetLife Insurance has announced the release of what it describes as the last component piece of its 'eToolkit' which allows customers to have access 24 hours a day, seven days a week to complete a claim form for any product.
Commenting on the release, MetLife Australia’s chief administration officer Tom Flood said the objective was to provide maximum ease of access for customers at all levels.
“Customers are typically dealing with some type of distress when filing a claim,” he said. “We have designed our online claim questionnaire to be reflexive — we only ask what is needed when it is needed.”
The company said the capabilities of the “eToolkit” had been built to meet the requirements of MetLife’s institutional and direct insurance partners’ branding requirements.
