Metlife Australia's vice president for growth strategies, Michael Burke, has announced his retirement.
The insurer announced late today that Burke, who joined Metlife in 2005, had agreed to a three-month transition period with the company before his retirement.
Metlife chief executive Tassin Barnard said the three-month pre-retirement transition period would see Burke providing internal consulting services to ensure customer service levels were maintained to the highest level.
