NGS Super has launched a new website for mobiles, which provides both members and prospective members with access to a range of topics including the fund’s past performance, details of free financial seminars and videos on financial management.
NGS Super chief executive Anthony Rodwell-Ball said the launch was the latest step in the fund’s move towards offering new methods for members to connect and engage with their fund.
He said that research showed that member engagement had fallen since the global financial crisis, while competition for funds had increased.
“That means we have to work harder than ever before to get members interested in retirement saving, and use whatever tools and technology that are available.”
The introduction of a site for mobiles follows the launch of the NGS College — a financial literacy program available on the fund’s website.
Rodwell-Ball said it was designed to teach users about all aspects of financial management in an accessible and fun environment.
