Superannuation exchange service SuperChoice has been retained by the Queensland public sector fund, QSuper, to deliver on a strategy to retain members who are leaving employment within the Queensland Public Service.
QSuper has confirmed that SuperChoice will provide an online solution to allow members who have left the state’s public sector to remain within the fund.
Commenting on the strategy, QSuper chief executive Rosemary Vilgan said the fund regularly received calls from members and spouses wanting to know if private sector employers could make contributions to their QSuper account.
“This new service helps us to continue to service these members,” she said.
