Two men disqualified by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) from acting as superannuation trustees, investment managers or custodians have withdrawn their appeal to the (AAT).
The men, and were former trustee directors of the $20 million, 488-member Strategic Capital Superannuation Fund, and were disqualified by APRA in August last year.
