Equipsuper will undergo a digital transformation, with implementation and integration practices guided by new recruit, Mary Nottle, who was appointed to the position of head of technology in May.
Equip’s digital transformation will include the deployment of a customer relationship management platform, the rollout of a new web marketing platform and a redesign of internal systems.
Nottle, who has spent the past 15 years between various positions at General Electric, will manage the implementation of the new systems, working off the back of her lengthy experience in the IT industry.
Equip acting chief executive, Nick Vamvakas, said that Nottle’s appointment to the company would continue to aid in the project management skills needed as the company digitises.
“A big part of [the] role is work with our leadership team to ensure that system transformation is supported by appropriate training and change management programs,” Vamvakas said.
“Many of these platforms bring with them the need for considerable change in the way we engage with members.”
