TWUSuper has moved to enhance its product offering to members in the new choice of fund environment with the launch this week of a new and significantly upgraded website.
The fund claims the site (www.twusuper.com.au) has 50 per cent more content than its predecessor and provides greater focus on the fund’s four key product areas covering employer-sponsored super, corporate super, personal super and allocated pensions.
Commenting on the launch of the new site, TWUSuper marketing manager, Melinda Primmer said TWUSuper stood for simple, strong and secure super, so the website needed to be simple to navigate as well as showing product strengths.
“The homepage acts as a portal to the different product areas, so if a visitor did not know about our pension product, they will now see it on the homepage,” she said.”
Primmer said the new website also had a greater emphasis on TWUSuper’s partners – Members Equity Bank and Industry Fund Financial Planning.
She said the launch on July 1 represented phase one of the new website with phase two including more general educational material on superannuation as well as more interactive features, such as online seminar bookings.
