Mercer is rapidly expanding its investment consulting team, with the announcement of seven new appointments.
Andrew Liddell will move into the role of head of technical products and services (TPS) for Australia and New Zealand. Previously, Liddell was head of technology at Van Eyk. He will be joined in the TPS team by analyst Claire Tan, who comes to Mercer from Victorian Funds Management Corporation.
Mercer has also appointed Paddy Brown as a senior researcher in the company’s global business boutique. Brown moves over from BlackRock in London.
Mercer Sentinel has added to its ranks with the addition of Jennifer Hague, who will focus on transition management – and Sarah Porter joins the business development team to support retail clients.
Mercer’s investment consulting team has also appointed Phil Parkinson as a senior analyst, and Anusha Dupagunta as an analyst in the manager research team.
Mercer Investment Consulting business leader Graeme Mather said the new appointments brought the total number of investment consulting staff to 107.
“We’re positioned for growth across the spectrum of the investment consulting business to service all our clients at the highest level, placing them competitively for the future with innovative and ‘future-focused’ investment solutions,” Mather said.
