Equip boosts risk and project management teams

Equip has boosted its capabilities in governance, risk and project management, with eight new appointments to the teams to meet member demands.

Georgia Schofield, Campbell Finlayson, Marc Hollenstein, Sonam Chauhan and Debra Musonda have joined the governance and risk team as governance manager, risk specialists, assurance manager and risk analyst, respectively.

Schofield joined from Victoria’s Traffic Accident Commission, where she was assistant board secretary and solicitor, and would now oversee the fund’s governance framework and conflicts management framework.

Finlayson held previous roles at NAB, MLC, UBS and Computershare, and Hollenstein joined the super fund from Atchison Consultants.

Chauhan joined from risk consulting roles across the globe while Musonda joined through AIST’s graduate program.

Tamara Frampton, Andrew Tongue and Beth Ooi joined the project management office as senior business analyst and project managers, respectively.

Frampton worked as a consultant supporting the implementation and completion of the fund’s merger with Rio Tinto, Tongue joined from QMV Solutions and Ooi delivered risk and compliance projects in the financial services sector for over 14 years, most recently with Netwealth.
