AIG Life has made a key group insurance appointment, recruiting former Tower Australia Group risk sales head Craig Extrem.
Extrem will begin his new role as national manager, client market — group insurance, with AIG late next month.
According to AIG Life head of group insurance Damien Mu, Extrem will be responsible for managing the company’s client and business development functions within its group insurance business.
Extrem joined Tower in 2006 prior to which he held senior group risk sales and business development roles within Prefsure, Lumley Life and Colonial.
