NGS Super has launched its online platform purely for employers and businesses.
The website targets career development, culture and leadership, and supporting business objectives.
The hub follows the launch of its True Wealth website for members and the public in December 2014 as part of the company's digital engagement strategy.
CEO Anthony Rodwell-Ball said the two sites were formed as there was a need to differentiate between employer and member needs.
"The content and advice employers want is very different to that of members. Through developing a specific platform for each audience we are able to offer a targeted, relevant, and ultimately more valuable resources to each group," he said.
"Employer engagement is often overlooked by the industry. We want to ensure we maintain a focus on the needs and wants of employers, and this tailored resource will allow to do just this."
