Tasmanian industry fund Quadrant Super has switched its front-end software provider from Bravura Solutions’ ePASS to Financial Synergy’s Acurity Online.
The Acurity Online web application provides members and employers with real-time access to data, straight-through processing and a range of calculators.
Quadrant general manager of fund operations and technology, Steve Thomas, said his fund had used Financial Synergy’s solution for its back-end services for some time, but wanted to bring the front-end up to speed with a more contemporary product.
Thomas said he wanted a solution that could adapt to meet future requirements, especially with the superannuation landscape constantly changing.
Quadrant Super is the latest fund to use the Acurity administration platform, with others including QSuper, Telstra Super, ComSuper and UniSuper.
