Rollover knows its early days in the longest Federal Election campaign since Joh Bjelke-Petersen was politically relevant, but he is worrying about the relative silence of his old mate, Industry Super Australia chief executive, David Whiteley.
Given the someone controversial superannuation elements contained in the Federal Budget, Rollover imagined that Whiteley would have been on the front foot early discussing the merits or otherwise of the Government and Opposition super policies but, at time of writing, he had sighted nothing from the former Yorkshireman.
Then again, the Government did deliver on the Low Income Super Tax Offset and on targeting high income earners.
Nonetheless Rollover can’t believe there’s nothing more to be said between now and polling day, David.
