VicSuper has moved to increase its ability to provide single-issue advice to members via an arrangement with specialist technology provider, Provisio Technologies.
VicSuper chief executive, Michael Dundon said this week the fund would use Provisio's Rapid Advice engine to deliver the single-issue advice through the fund's contact centre, via face-to-face contact with advisers, and via print and online.
He said the fund had offered members specialised personal advice for more than 10 years, but acknowledged that comprehensive advice was not for everyone.
"Provisio is a great fit for us because they have developed forward-looking technology that is flexible enough to work through any member engagement channel," Dundon said.
Provisio director Cameron O'Sullivan said his company's advice engine would integrate with existing VicSuper administration and workflow system.
