Mike, if you dig a little bit, and realise that Sunsuper and Qsuper are in the final stages of due diligence regarding a merger, wouldn't the next bit of investigative journalism ask you "What does Sunsuper do in this instance?". I think you'll find that Qsuper are looking for a bit of synergy.
